Unpopular Opinion

I saw the New World Trade Center with its lights on at 4am this weekend and personally I think it looks like shit and does not do any justice to what the former World Trade Center towers represented. It’s too generic in a mashed-up skyline like New York and is not representative of the uniqueness of the city.

Throwback.

OK not really a throwback because technically I wasn’t there lol. This was taken by my cousin. It’s the Lower Manhattan skyline on the Hudson River. I just love this picture because it’s really heartwarming how much progress the City of New York has put into the new World Trade Center, and how much the city has been able to rebound since 2001. You can’t ever knock the will of New York down.
